M4 Congestion: “Doing nothing is not an option”

Air pollution caused by congestion on the M4 is a long-standing problem, Newport suffers as the situation continues to deteriorate.

Action is urgently needed. I called on the First Minister to form an expert taskforce. Doing nothing is not an option.
