Praise for work of Welsh Ambulance Service staff in Newport

I was pleased to join Deputy Health Minister Vaughan Gething and Newport East AM John Griffiths on a visit to Bassaleg Ambulance Station this week.

Local ambulance stations like Bassaleg – and their hard-working, skilled staff – play an essential role in pre-hospital emergency care. It’s important that we continue to support and invest in local ambulance stations.
